SUMMARY:
This opportunity is with a well-established distributor of filtration products. The successful candidate will handle inbound customer calls, expedite and process orders from existing and new customers, and interface directly with customers at Parts Counter Sales.  They will answer questions about products as well as investigate and resolve customer problems.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to develop and build customer relationships.
  • Daily quoting of jobs, order entry, order pricing, payment collections and any other duties necessary in providing the best possible buying experience to our customers.
  • Provide product training for customers.
  • Analyze customer problems and work to resolve them.
  • Stay current on industry news and the latest product developments.
EDUCATION:
  • Prefer Bachelor's Degree 
 EXPERIENCE PROFILE:  
  • Prefer Three (3) to Seven (7) years industrial supply customer service / inside sales experience.
    • fluid filtration , HVAC, Hose fitting and Connectors sales
    • Fluid Power experience is a plus.
    • 3M, Filtration Group, Parker, Purolator, etc
    • Grainger, Ferguson, HD Supply, etc  
COMPENSATION:  DOE - Base + Bonus
