Oklahoma Capital Bank TITLE: Bank Loan Operations Clerk

FUNCTION: Credit
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION: Maintain loan documentation files ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Loan Operations

    • Scan loan documentation

    • Track exceptions on loan files

    • File/release mortgages, vehicle liens, UCCs

    • Follow up with insurance & title companies to clear exceptions

    • Assist Credit Administrator with special projects

  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  3. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

  4. Regular/reliable attendance and punctuality is required

  5. Excellent organizational skills

  6. Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned

SELECTION CRITERIA:

High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of one year work experience in bank Loan Operations directly related to loan documentation. The candidate must have working knowledge of loan documents.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSING: Must be bondable
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Mobility to travel in and around office facilities, lift up to 25lbs COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS: Communicate and/or exchange information or instructions VISUAL REQUIREMENTS: Sufficient to perform job duties
