We are seeking for our client a Business Office Manager for our field services client. The duties of this role include overseeing the payroll, billing, and office administration functions for the field office.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 3+ years experience in administrative or operations role
- 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Previous experience in billing
- Payroll preparation or oversight experience
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills, deadline-driven and detail-oriented
- Possess strong leadership traits
- Extremely polished and professional demeanor
