We are seeking for our client a Business Office Manager for our field services client. The duties of this role include overseeing the payroll, billing, and office administration functions for the field office. 

What we’re looking for:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
    • 3+ years experience in administrative or operations role
    • 2+ years in a supervisory role
    • Previous experience in billing
    • Payroll preparation or oversight experience
    • Professional written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organization skills, deadline-driven and detail-oriented
    • Possess strong leadership traits
    • Extremely polished and professional demeanor
