Sr Sales Executive
A small industrial application development / distribution client is currently seeking a Sr Sales Executive.  
Responsibilities:
  • Strategy – develop, launch and implement robust long-term growth plans for the business
  • Financial – understanding of P&L to develop key financial drivers.
  • Sales / Marketing & Application Development – capable of leading an aggressive growth effort.
  • DC Operations – basic understanding with ability to work to improve processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Production Operations Management, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred)
  • Prior experience running Sales in a small distribution / application / sales operation. (manufacturing sector also preferred)
    •  Entrepreneurial experience helpful
    • Industrial filtration preferred
    • Global or multinational business experience preferred. (customer base)
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Good technical aptitude – ability to grasp concepts quickly and react with solutions.
  • Must have the ability to create a vision, explain concepts to inspire customers and small team.
