Seeking an Human Resources Generalist who will be responsible for providing HR support to team members, managers, and outside applicants with regard to employee relations, compensation, policy management, performance management, recruitment, investigations and other HR administrative processes. Act as an operations partner, employee champion and organizational change agent for assigned team members. Implement employee strategies, assess, and anticipate operational needs and provide recommendations to execute. Identify challenges and contribute to innovative solutions to support and execute against the organization’s mission.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with general employee relations questions and concerns
  • Interpret and execute various HR plans, policies, procedures, and programs for employees and provides guidance as necessary
  • Assist employees with timecard and pay questions
  • Maintain employee data and files
  • Consults with operational leaders during the mission planning process and develops human resources initiatives which support business needs.
  • Consults with operational leaders, employees, and Human Resources (HR) to provide value-added tactical support to accomplish organizational objectives.
  • Drives HR initiatives within the organization and acts as a liaison to HR leadership.
  • Provides coaching, counseling and guidance to operations leaders and employees.
  • Handles employee relations matters.
  • Builds productive work relationships with operations leaders, employees and co-workers.
  • Understands operational goals and objectives and acts to produce solutions that address business priorities.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
