Reports to:  Vice-President of Sales

FLSA:  Exempt

Position Summary:
The Process Account Manager is responsible for promoting our company’s products and services to current and prospective clients in the Gas Processing, NGL, LNG, and midstream markets. The ideal candidate will have a superior work ethic with a competitive spirit, the ability to work independently, and have strong in-person communication and sales skills.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Achieving our revenue targets and establishing our company as a leader in the gas processing market.
  • Identify and evaluate potential market opportunities, trends, and customer needs related to gas processing.
  • Travel to conduct meetings and presentations with existing and potential customers.
  • Supports the education of new and existing customers on how our products, systems and/or services can benefit them and improve their efficiency (e.g., calls, training, presentations, hands-on and face-to-face).
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients and customers in the gas processing market through various channels such as existing customers, cold calling, networking, and attending industry conferences and events.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs, address inquiries, and provide customized solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the gas processing industry, including suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to explore potential solutions that enhance our product offerings.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, including pricing, product positioning, and promotional activities, to maximize sales and market penetration.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to gas processing products.






Required Skills / Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and exploit business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time, often requiring an overnight stay.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with new and repeat customers.
  • Proactive problem-solver.
  • MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office 365.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational and time management skills.
Education and Experience:
  • Engineering degree is preferred, or five (5) years related experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the gas processing industry preferred but not required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
