Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineering professionals, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration.

• Establish and maintain engineering processes and best practices aligned with industry standards and customer requirements.

• Develop, refine, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with engineering specifications for all products and services.

• Ensure team members are properly trained and continuously improving in technical processes.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support production goals and resolve technical challenges.

• Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational success.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in engineering within a manufacturing environment.

• Exceptional analytical thinking and a sharp eye for detail.

• Proficient in the use of analytic and project management tools, including spreadsheets and databases.

• Skilled in interpreting complex technical documents, drawings, and specifications.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management software.

• Preferred: Experience in aerospace and/or precision machining environments.
