Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Manufacturing Planner to drive production scheduling and ensure seamless workflow across our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts and operational capacity

• Analyze forecasting data to anticipate production needs and constraints

• Coordinate manufacturing workflows to support timely and accurate production

• Implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline processes

• Oversee day-to-day production flow, ensuring smooth operation of the facility

• Monitor and manage the coordination of one or more product lines

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality throughout the production lifecycle

• Collaborate across departments to align raw materials, labor, and equipment with production goals

• Evaluate and adjust schedules to improve output and optimize resource utilization

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing planning role

• In-depth knowledge of production planning principles and manufacturing processes

• Familiarity with quality and engineering standards

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and planning software

• Ability to interpret technical documentation and specifications

• Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills
