Position Summary
We are seeking a Financial Client Service Associate to support investment operations, client service, and account administration. This role is a key member of the investment team and is responsible for ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience. The ideal candidate brings strong work ethic in a team environment, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with advisors and internal partners, serving as a trusted client resource and helping drive operational excellence across the firm.
Oversee day-to-day investment operations, including account administration, trading support, and transaction processing.
Manage client onboarding, including account openings, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships and provide timely, high-touch service.
Coordinate money movement, transfers, and account servicing requests with accuracy and care.
Prepare proposals, reporting packages, and meeting materials for client presentations.
Collaborate across advisory and operations teams to improve workflows and elevate the overall service experience.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Track and manage operational tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience in private wealth management, financial services, or professional services .
Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and client service orientation.
Ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred / Bonus
Series 7 and 66 or progress toward or interest in CFP® certification.
