Privately held manufacturer in Tulsa is adding to their leadership team due to growth.   They have been in business for 35+ years. 

Welding Lead 

• Supervises team (up to 10) in fabrication and welding of the Company’s products.
• Leader in development of Welding working instructions and technical process methods methods.
• Balances work flow via re-assignments as needed.
• Ensure required HS&E equipment is used / maintained
• Assure written work instructions and quality checks are created and clear for each project.

Profile: 

• High School Diploma  or GED 
• 3+ years Leader experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Prior experience with welding in a job shop fabrication is required:
  • Strong welding technical and fit up knowledge is KEY.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, people development skills 
• Pre Experience in Lean Manufacturing preferred
• Compensation:  DOE - Negotiable
