Production Manager

A privately held (family) manufacturing company with 60+ years of history has a unique opportunity to join their leadership team west of Enid, OK with future opportunities for career growth. 
 

• Outstanding prior track record in a manufacturing environment executing:
  • Leadership development of the entire operations team
    • Succession Planning at all levels of the organization.
    • Cross-Training Strategy in all departments 
  • Employee Engagement and Cultural Change Initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement (Lean) execution and sustainment
• Development, Implementation and Sustainment of key performance indicators (KPI’s) 
• Prefer a minimum of 3-5+ years in a significant leadership role.
• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree / some College 
• Prefer someone who is promotable into a multi-site role within the business in the future. 
• Compensation is DOE:  Range is $80K to 100K+ plus Bonus.
