Sr Buyer (2 Client Needs)

Privately held manufacturer of engineered to order capital equipment has an immediate need for a Sr Buyer. 

Profile:  (2 Client Needs)

• Negotiation of all terms & conditions for major commodities (Metals - Plate, Tube, Bar and key engineered components, etc

• Understanding of make-buy analysis ROI and ability to create a business case

• Indirect consumable understanding and management

  Ability to work with Engineering, Operations and Sales.

• ​​​​​​​Prefer a BS degree and prior experience as a Buyer in a manufacturing environment.  

• ​​​​​​​Prefer prior metals  knowledge.
