Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer
  • Customer facing skills for corrective actions (Quality Assurance) and ability to manage the customer on quality / delivery issues are VERY key. 
  • Understand and prior experience with FMEA, 5-Why, Fishbone Diagrams, RCCA (root cause corrective actions) and Control Plans are key.
  • Able to develop, design, analyze new processes in collaboration with internal team members. (production management, quality, supply chain, planning, maintenance, mfg engr and prod engr)
  • B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical or other Engineering and +5 yrs. exp as a Quality Engineer. 
    • Strong understanding of flow / lean / continuous improvement principles.
  • This role could be springboard for future opportunity. 
    • Ambitious desire to grow their career wanted.  
  • Ability to lead and drive changes on the manufacturing floor in terms of:
    • Corrective Actions, Process Upgrades and Sustainment of Continuous Improvement
  • Experience and understanding of ERP systems and 3D CAD is a plus.
Compensation:  70K to 90K
