Chief Financial Officer

Tulsa, Oklahoma

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer for an independent, physician-owned medical group based in Tulsa. 

The CFO will lead financial strategy and day-to-day accounting, working closely with physician leadership to support sound decisions and continued growth. This is a hands-on role with two direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and cash flow management.
• Oversee accounting operations, financial controls, audits and tax coordination.
• Analyze revenue, reimbursement, expenses and service-line profitability.
• Provide clear financial information and recommendations to physician leadership.
• Partner with operational leaders on staffing, investments, contracts and growth opportunities.
• Oversee the finance team and strengthen processes, reporting and systems as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience in healthcare, a medical group or a related setting.
• Strong accounting foundation and experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle operations.
• Ability to work effectively with physician leaders and communicate financial information clearly.
• CPA or advanced degree preferred.
