Seeking an Human Resources Business Partner who will be responsible for providing HR strategy and support to - team members, managers with regard to employee relations, compensation, policy management, performance management, recruitment, investigations and other HR administrative processes. Act as a business operations partner, employee champion and organizational change agent for the team. Implement employee strategies, assess, and anticipate operational needs and provide recommendations to execute. Identify challenges and contribute to innovative solutions to support and execute against the organization’s mission.

Profile: 

• Prefer Bachelor's Degree and HR certifications.
• Has worked in an operational environment 
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and Adaptability
• MS Office platform and UKG HRIS (strongly preferred)
• AI tool enablement for business improvement
