Production Supervisor 

• Supervises team (up to 30) in fabrication and welding of the Company’s products.
• Leader in development of Welding working instructions and technical process methods methods.
• Balances work flow via re-assignments as needed.
• Ensure required HS&E equipment logs are properly maintained
• Assure written work instructions and quality checks are posted at each workstation.
• Two Roles are potentially needed. 

Profile: 

• High School Diploma  or GED - Prefer a BS Degree
• Prefer a CWI - Certified Welding Inspector
• 2+ years Supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Prior experience with Welding in a job shop fabrication is required:
  • Strong welding technical knowledge is KEY.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, people development skills 
  • Will need to effectively handle changes and be adaptable to new requirements and technology.
• Strong Experience in Lean Manufacturing
• Compensation:  DOE - $80K to 100K base
