  • Demonstrated success in building a book of new business
    • Excellent customer relationship skills
    • Adept at prospecting cold and warm leads with demonstrable success
    • Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Ability to drive quoting process, follow-up and execution
    • Team player who works toward individual and collective success
    • Familiarity with CRM system
  • 10+ years of industrial sales experience
    • Automation / Welding specific engineered systems strongly preferred
  • Technical degree and/or commensurate experience in engineered sales
  • Able to travel regionally 20-40%, with occasional trips to HQ
Compensation:  DOE -  $70-90K base – 2% Commission uncapped
Location: Detroit Metro via WFH arrangement
