Automation Sales Director
- Demonstrated success in building a book of new business
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Adept at prospecting cold and warm leads with demonstrable success
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers
- Ability to drive quoting process, follow-up and execution
- Team player who works toward individual and collective success
- Familiarity with CRM system
- 10+ years of industrial sales experience
- Automation / Welding specific engineered systems strongly preferred
- Technical degree and/or commensurate experience in engineered sales
- Able to travel regionally 20-40%, with occasional trips to HQ
Compensation: DOE - $70-90K base – 2% Commission uncapped
Location: Detroit Metro via WFH arrangement
